Groundwork Pennine Lancashire (GWPL) is the biggest environmental regeneration charity in Lancashire. Our purpose is to build sustainable communities, working with partners to create better neighbourhoods, to build skills and job prospects, and to live and work in a greener way.

We know that the important issues are all connected – so our work  can’t easily be placed in boxes marked 'environmental issues’, 'regeneration', 'employment' or 'health'. We work alongside communities, public bodies, private companies and voluntary sector organisations to create projects and deliver services that benefit both people and the wider environment.

Our projects and services tend to be cross-cutting - we join up different agendas and deliver multiple outcomes. Our unique blend of skills and experience ensures that Groundwork Pennine Lancashire lead the way in providing holistic and sustainable solutions that meet your needs.
